Payment and shipping
Payment of the amount due to us can be made in the following ways:
Transfer in advance by bank account: the customer transfers the amount to be paid to account number NL66INGB0675373069 in the name of Purelynepalshop.
As soon as the payment has been credited to this bank account, the goods will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. If the payment is not credited to this bank account within 7 days after ordering, the order will automatically expire and be cancelled.
Payment via iDEAL: After the customer has placed an order at the website of Purelynepalshop.com, the customer will receive a confirmation from us. If products are not in stock, they will be adjusted and the customer will receive the final invoice from Purelynepalshop with a the final invoice amount so the customer can pay with a bank transfer or iDEAL.
Once the payment has been credited to the bank account of Purelynepalshop, the goods will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
Stated delivery times are only target times, effective as soon as all information required for the execution of the agreement is in our possession, and are therefore not binding. If this is exceeded - for example as a result of late delivery by the manufacturer or the post office - the customer can therefore not assert any rights against Purelynepalshop. Purelynepalshop is therefore not liable for any damage resulting from a delivery term being exceeded.
The shipping costs by Purelynepalshop are:
€ 4,- for orders up to € 75,-
Orders above € 75.- are free of shipping costs.
Packages will be deliverd bij PostNL or by DHL.
The risk with regard to the products to be delivered is transferred to the customer as soon as they are offered at the place of destination. If the customer fails to receive the products, the resulting damage and costs are for account of the customer. Any return shipments to zaZa'z are at the expense of the customer, must be made carriage paid and with a written statement of reasons. Damaged goods can not be sent back to Purelynepalshop without consultation. Purelynepalshop will decide if goods can be sent back or not.
After receipt of the goods delivered by Purelynepalshop, the customer must immediately check these goods. If there is something wrong with the delivered goods, the customer must inform Purelynepalshop of this within 1 working days. After this 1 working day, the warranty expires. It is therefore very important that the customer always checks the goods after receipt. In the event of problems, the customer must inform Purelynepalshop of the problem by telephone or by sending a mail, of fill in the contact form.
